Status of Marsy's Law in Nebraska

A state Constitutional Amendment for Victims’ Rights was passed in May, 1997, with the support of 78% of the voters.

Violent Crime In Your State: Did You Know?

According To Recently Released Statistics By The Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI), Nebraska Experienced 5,212 Violent Crimes In 2015.

  • In 2015, There Were 62 Murders And Nonnegligent Manslaughters.
  • In 2015 There Were 873 Rapes.
  • In 2015 There Were 994 Robberies.
  • In 2015 There Were 3,283 Aggravated Assaults.
