Status of Marsy's Law in New Jersey

A state Constitutional Amendment for Victims’ Rights was passed in November, 1991, with the support of 85% of the voters.

Violent Crime In Your State: Did You Know?

According To Recently Released Statistics By The Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI), New Jersey Experienced 22,879 Violent Crimes In 2015.

  • In 2015, There Were 363 Murders And Nonnegligent Manslaughters.
  • In 2015 There Were 1,373 Rapes.
  • In 2015 There Were 9,729 Robberies.
  • In 2015 There Were 11,414 Aggravated Assaults.
